God is doing some amazing things through this church. We’d love for you to join us in our mission to bring people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ, build them up in their faith, and send them out into ministry and mission.

The best way to get involved is to join one of our teams. We’ve listed our teams below and included a brief description of what each team does. If you’d like to learn more about how to get involved with one of these teams, just click the “Get Involved” button next to the team of your preference.

City Kids Team

This team provides a life-giving experience to our kids each Sunday. Volunteers work on a rotational basis, fulfilling roles such as: teacher, assistant, small group leader, and check-in. There are three different age groups to choose from (Nursery, Preschool, or Elementary). This is a great team for someone who loves kids and loves Jesus.

Tech Team

This team makes sure that the Sunday morning experience looks and sounds great. Volunteers work on a rotational basis, fulfilling roles such as: mac operator, lights, and sound board. You do not need any previous experience or technical knowledge to join this team. We have some awesome teachers who can show you the ropes on all things tech. This is a great team for someone who loves pressing buttons and cranking up the volume.

Worship Team

This team leads the church in worship each Sunday, using their musical and vocal gifts to honor God and serve others. Volunteers work on a rotational basis, fulfilling roles such as: instrumentalist, vocals, and worship host. This team requires rehearsal commitment on Thursday evenings on top of a Sunday morning commitment. This is a great team for someone who has been gifted with musical or vocal talents and desires to use them to honor God and serve others.

Transition Team

Because we meet in a building that doesn’t belong to us, we set up and take down all our gear and equipment each week. This team is the first to show up and the last to leave each week, transitioning the building from a gymnasium to a worship space. Volunteers work on a rotational basis, fulfilling roles such as: load-in, load-out, set up, and take down. This is a great team for someone who likes using their hands and their muscles to serve others.

Usher Team

This team handles lots of small details that make a big difference throughout the service. Volunteers work on a rotational basis, fulfilling roles such as: seat usher, offering attendant, parking lot crew, and communion server. This is a great team for someone who is good with details and has a heart of a servant.

Prayer Team

This team meets on Sunday mornings in the basement of the City Life Center and prays for the church during our service. They also pray over any requests that come in on the connection cards or throughout the week. This is a great team for someone who has a passion for prayer and loves Jesus.
